Fooled ya. It's an AK! Ha!

So this is the most "custom" gun I have. Just got it back from being chopped to 14.5, the sight moved back and a Griffin Armament Taper Mount Comp installed.

This was a fully stock "sporterized" Saiga .223 when I picked it up 10 years ago. It's gone through many revisions but I think this is how it's going to stay for a while.

I wish I'd have gotten more too.

$200 - Stock Rifle
$200 - Rear Conversion Group & Bullet Guide.
$140 - Barrel Cut & Pin
$85 - Muzzle Device
$200 - Magpul Furniture & Sling
$160 - Side Mount
$75 - PA Red Dot.

So around $1050 as it sits.

Can barely grab an AK for $1000 anymore it seems. Friggin rediculous.

This is definitely my favorite AK configuration that I've seen. The only thing I'd do differently is stipple conservatively on the fore end. But then, I stipple just about everything.

Nice! Who did the barrel work? I'm working on my Saiga as well, altho I'm going the traditional look with red wood and all that. Except the SilencerCo brake
