I'm done with Imgur. I'm going to reload my photos elsewhere, but I was wondering if there's a better place to put up a portfolio? I heard that there are sites where you can also sell the licensing of an image for marketing, journalism, etc? Any suggestions?

Have you considered starting you own website? I constantly hear advertisements for squarespace. Might be worth checking out

If you want to sell online, try Photoshelter, but it starts at $8/month. It will watermark your images, and you can sell various resolutions at various prices. I think it's probably the cheapest turnkey for online sales.
