Ugly AK stuff
Made myself a "paki" mag today. I'm happy with it.

I need to SBR an AK. What do you think the best AK pistol is?

I've been looking at those just recently. Wishing I could grab one, I like the idea of a short AK more than short AR.
Everything I've been seeing says go with an Arsenal (go figure). I've been told the yugos are clunky.

Yep. Going back and forth with DA on my saiga .223 being suppressor ready.
How it's not going to perform like an AR, ect.
Needs a little more work. Putting that on the back burner for now. Told him to finish up the magwell and I'll send it back down later.

Without question the SAM7K is the best AK pistol currently available. Avoid Century at all costs.

Its not a pistol its a ready to rock sbr & I got mine from Mississippi Auto Arms and love it . It's built off a Nodak Spud receiver with a new 11.5 Romy barrel , mines from a 66 Tula parts kit . I ordered it with no furniture so I could add what I wanted to it . Thing runs like a champ and have worked out a sub load that cycles and shoots softer then my 300blk .

Have heard good things about them.
If we're talking builds and not buying a pistol off the shelf then adding after approval, Krebs Customs ASSNECK and be done.

I'll be on the range with one this weekend and will report, but I'm already sure it's just as awesome as the rest of their rifles.Ground Defense 1, Blade Defense 1, Defensive Pistol 1 & 2, Aliance Shoot House, When Things Go Bad, YSINTG, Carbine 1, DART Medical, NRA Range Safety Officer

Zastava's lack of quality has been documented over and over again. As has Century's inability to resolve even the simplest issues. I stand by my comment.

Fair enough, although I've had multiple M92s through my hands and never seen an issue, and similar experience with Cugir built guns. Century's support is undoubtedly garbage but my perspective is that of someone who would never call them anyway. For the price, if you know your way around AKs, they can be great starting points. Cash and carry, I agree on Arsenal.
