Innovative Arms M&P 15-22 Integral Rifle

In a rifle enthusiast’s dream scenario, Innovative Arms took the Smith & Wesson 15-22 and produced a glorious .22 caliber unit, the aptly named Innovative Arms M&P 15-22 Integral. This new model offers two paramount traits that all shooters appreciate: simplicity and quietness. This rifle/suppressor combination is designed to withstand an action-packed day at the gun range, so push it to the limit during your next visit. Being a user-serviceable configuration, the M&P 15-22 Integral is nearly as fun to clean as it is to shoot… Almost.

Nestled in super-duper South Carolina, our Innovative Arms friends developed this integrally-suppressed unit with durability and convenience at the forefront. After running it hot and heavy at the range, maintaining it is as easy as pie. Not to mention, with the blending of two renowned brands like Innovative Arms and Smith & Wesson, adding this system to your expanding firearm/suppressor collection will make you the envy of any range.

    Specs:
Housing a stainless steel monocore baffle that measures 6”, the M&P 15-22 Integral utilizes an aluminum body that provides increased durability and sound suppression. The rifle itself (upper/lower) is an all-polymer setup that comes with the standard S&W furniture. Sporting a 5-slot Picatinny rail with M-lock features, its versatility is an added perk to the overall system. To that end, the M&P 15-22 Integral ships with a disassembly tool, but any standard 3/8” socket wrench will suffice for breakdown purposes. Moreover, the barrel (approximately 10”) is ported, allowing the shooter to use standard or high-velocity ammunition while achieving subsonic levels without compromising the desired stealth status.

Thanks for the Review. I'm a huge Innovative Arms fan and have spoken to/met with the owners (Phillip and Jenny) many times.

Great company with some awesome cans and uppers.

A bit off-topic, but I didn't know you could get a 15-22 upper to function with a select fire lower. Or does this warrant a bit of Googling?

It's funny because I said the same thing. Basically they told me that it could handle slide fire and if an enterprising SOT wanted to convert it then it could handle the rate of fire.

Thanks for the reply. I did a bit of googling and the best I could come up with was SlideFire installs. I'm not passing judgement on SlideFire, but I'd argue that's not actually "Full Auto." Regardless, I was mildly excited that maybe it was possible with a SF lower, but alas, it looks like it's just bump fire for now.

I'm sure that there is someone that has one that is full auto. Not transferable though.

Also I said the same thing about Slidefire it's like you were in the room! Anyway basically if it is not Full Auto rated it couldn't stand up to even a SlideFire.
