Still don't know how I feel about the QD since I rarely take my rail systems off. I would like to see this same Fortis with a conventional installation method.

It's handy for some of us that like a short barrel with a suppressor .....I like it protected by the rail. Before Fortis there was the DRD version but the rail is pretty plain.

If they do make the Rev rail without the bottom rail, I'd be interested. But the current offering and this QD one, not so much.

Built up one of the MATEN Lowers, but decided it needed a Geissele Trigger and a MIAD 1.1 Grip, so I tore part of it down. I'll get to it after vacation.
