After wearing a while I think it's a go. Tucks in well and balanced by the OWB PPS, the weight Is hardly noticeable.

Is that the trigger riding up against the holster? Looks like the manufacturer needs to add another line to their liability statement

It is, but I don't think it is an issue. The gun is single action only. And there are safety notches to line up the cylinder so the hammer is locked into a slot between the shells. It cannot fire until cocked.
