Yes it seemed to only touch once the rail was bolted in place. Plenty of room taking it on and off

    CMR sold out everywhere?

Thank you it has been a super fun process building this rifle

Started with a rainier stripped forged lower and complete rainier forged upper
    Rainier 16" mountain series barrel
Fortis gas block ( had to mill it to fit under cmr)
    14" cmr
Palmetto lower parts kit with moe grip and trigger guard
    Geissele SD-C trigger
    Magpul CTR stock and MBUS
    Damage industries buffer kit
    Inforce Haley strategic WML
A2 flash hider and finally the Trijicon SRS

I haven't got to shoot the rifle yet plans are Friday I'll try to get better photos while I'm out and post in the explain rifle thread

The SRS got a killer deal on it so couldn't pass it up. huge sight window clear glass( tho it does seem to magnify a tiny bit just by the quick looking through it I did walking around the house?) bright dot quick detach is flawless pretty simple controls and it seems like it can take a beating feels real solid. The glass sits in pretty far so I'm hoping there is not any glare while shooting in light even tho it's so big.

I'll give a better synopsis once I get to use it

Very cool, looking forward to hearing about how the rifle handles and the SRS. Been interested in trying out a SRS on my new rifle.
