Hey, All.

I bought a complete Nibx bcg back during the crisis for a build I as working on but moth balled it but recently finished it. I ran it on a dgi gun and had several failure to detonates. Primers would have a punch but no go. I attributed it to old junk ammo. I recently bought one of the Adam's arms piston kits with a barrel and used the bolt out of the previous bcg on it. Took it out yesterday and attempted to punish it and had new american eagle but had more than half the rounds failure to detonate. Picked up the "bunk" rounds and they ran fine in another rifle. Swapped pins, still nothing. Swapped bolt and pins and it worked. I think the ass end of the bolt is a hair long. Going to mic it tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone else has ever had that problem? If so, was it more than a minor tolerance issue that a lathe couldn't fix?
