We like to think so! Both BCGs we offer are extremely well priced for what you get. A great deal of time is spent making sure every detail is right.

He is barely even through the Iron Oxide layer. That is more of a superficial part of the nitride. The Nitrogen Diffusion Layer is that shiny part you see. It penetrates into the metal approximately .0005" up to .0010".

That Iron Oxide layer usually wears like that within the first 100 rounds and stays looking that way for a while. Those contact points are probably SLICK right now.

$129 for a Milspec Nitride BCG. I think you're going to do pretty well on those.

This BCG looks to be equally spec'd to the offerings from AXTS, ADM and Griffin Armament; except it's $65 dollars cheaper.

That's quite the bargain. I don't even need a BCG right now and i'm thinking about picking one up.

I would definitely consider a group buy on our Enhanced BCG!

Thanks for the info! I didn't realize the surface conversion was below the black part of it, I thought that was the majority of it. I did a ton of research on Nitrocarberizing and never came across that tidbit. Do you have any test sample BCG's with a high round count that you are willing to talk about? I am a huge fan of Nitrocarberizing but its very difficult to find any long term wear articles about it.
