    Hahaha. Never.

He was at the FFL sending it to my FFL. Discovered it was mine and proceeded to DNA all over it.

Damn, I guess I'll just wait until I get a chance to see how the new ones are going to work/feel. Just went to Armslist and 70's Pythons are going from $2500 up to 5K. Makes the $1500 tag for the new ones worth taking a second look at. I just don't want to pay that seeing as it will probably mostly be a safe queen.

On the few older Pythons I've been able to handle, I'd say the Triggers on the new ones are much better.

BUT... I think the new ones... I'd have no trouble shooting the piss out of. If I had an original, I'd keep that as a safe queen depending on the condition.

I've got a pre-order for the 4.25" version. I'll keep that one in the safe for the kid. I plan to shoot the 6" regularly.

I wouldn't mind having the 4.25" version as a partner for my 6". Trigger on mine (purchased in 1974) is the best I have ever felt on any revolver.
