Gator: you out of NAS JAX? I heard the storm was bad enough, but didn't score any big hits.

That they are, but I also find it enforces the muscle memory of getting a firm cheek weld, and then it works fine. Pays off when going to other optics, as well, at least for me.

I work out of both bases. Jax had some trees down, but haven't made it down to the flight line yet (don't think there was much of note, though). Mayport got clobbered, but I haven't been there yet to see the extent. They're up and running now, though.

Older photo taken before I returned the EOTech HWS units. LWRC Factory SBR in 6.8 with a matching upper in 5.56. I kept the EOTech 3x - it works well with the AimPoint PRO units. At the time of purchase AAC also offered their M4-2000 in 6.8, so the cans are both caliber specific.

Twins! Nice, Jerry! Are you running PROs on both uppers now? I kept my EOTech EXPS3. I haven't had any issues with it. I just wish it was tan instead of black.

Thanks. Yes, PRO units on both. The EOTech refund was enough to replace all five EOTech units with AimPoints and have a little change left over.

Lucky for me, i've only got one EOTech that i paid for. The other is a beat up (but still functional) 512 that was included with my Colt 6933 (bought used).

Still waiting for my factory DD MK18 to be approved, but until then, I threw my other CQBR2 Upper on my Rainier SBR lower

Nice! I finally added KAC sights to mine. I dig the FDE furniture. I keep debating whether to switch mine from black to FDE. At any rate, it's one of my favorites to shoot!

I gotta start reloading. Availability is more of a problem than the cost; I don't want to run low, much less out. My shorty clone is also my favorite shooter ever!

I went with the all Black DD MK18 as far as my factory SBR goes. I've got the parts ready for a clone gun in Black.

Nicely done, UW. Two is one, and one is none! Mine is a mutt lol. I've got the FDE rail, FDE KAC front sight, black everything else. And no PEQ...yet. Those things are stupid expensive, even in the reduced power "civilian" versions. I may go FDE pistol grip and SOPMOD and see how that looks. But my EOTech is black, so it'll still be a mutt. But i love it. My MK18 MOD 0 is much closer to "correct", except i used an ADM mount for the Aimpoint instead of the Wilcox mount.

SilencerCo Octane 45K mounted on the end of a Heckler & Koch Mark 23. These two look like they were made for each other.
