But here's the thing, does it really need any more power? I already find it frustrating when I hit 80 and I'm in 6th gear and it's time to click into 8th. Then again, I'm raining money upon a new home, so a Dinan isn't in my future either.

But you're right of course. That F22 is one of the best cars I've ever owned/driven. When my wife decides to get another car in 3-5 years I'm keeping the F22 for my weekend driver.

I just wish it had a HUD. Since I've owned manuals before, I never felt I needed one, but in my F22 with Step, I find it very easy to lose track of what gear I'm in, even by looking at the tac and speedometer, and the extra distance I have to look down to find the gear number before going into a turn (to know how many downshifts I need) is less than optimal. Certainly a first world problem...and probably a topic for another thread.
