I wonder if some who predict that BTC will dip down to 12k or lower before a 2024 bull run will be true.

We already had a low of 15K a little while back and it seems to have bottomed then. Also, we are at the end of the 14 month bitcoin winter cycle this month. Every 3.5 years bitcoin has a 14 month or so bottoming cycle that has played out over the last 12 years. If the cycle holds true as it has, 2023 should be the start of a epic bull run with another halving coming in the near future...
