Molar-mounted bone conduction headset
Once in a great while I see something truly innovative in this space, worthy of the term "evolution". I've been using an Aftershox Trex Titanium bone-conduction headset for about a year now for work, and I really love it for what it does: allow me to hear sounds near me while at the same time conversing with my colleagues. I was skeptical of the technology having tried some really junky stuff in the past, but it has come a long way. It really does work.
This tech has been miniaturized and has advanced quite a bit, apparently:

Bone phones. The green hat guys in Iraq we worked for had them while we were using Bose and icoms. I imagine the tech has improved greatly since then
Are you a contractor or work SWAT or something?

My question is, does it give people access to your thoughts? I don't have that problem myself, I change the copper foil around my head, every day. (TEMPEST). And for the rest of you, don't wrap aluminum foil around your head, it doesn't work. Only copper foil works. I know this.
