240gr 300BLK… Anyone shoot these yet?

Not often is the round almost as big as the brass…

Highest I go is the 208 Hornadys. I can imagine how long the 240s are

I've handloaded a few of the 204gr SMK's and shot them but not a ton. It is pretty funny while reloading them, though.

I've got some 220 Bergers I wanna try out but haven't loaded any yet..... ive been shooting a lot of 125gr Speer TNT's.... I'm not sure why I went with the 220 Bergers when I could shoot the 240's and get the same velocity 1000fps ish... When I load up those 220's Ill let ya know how they performed.

I used A1680 (same powder I had used with 220gr subs) and dropped about a grain or so out of the charge. Didn't do much workup (didn't have a lot of the expensive little buggers) but I was WAY subsonic.

I have shot 247gr lead bullets with excellent results.
