Update on my above comment, in case anyone else experiences this.

I received all my paperwork to send in the Form 4. But the approved form 3 was incorrect. ATF approved it with the wrong manufacturer information.

I told my dealer (who didn't notice it) who then contact the ATF.

Today the ATF told my dealer that they made a mistake and to change the manufacturing name on my dealer's books. I should get the new form 4 paperwork to send in right away.

Glad to see it's an easy fix.

Old document, but the basic idea is still in place: https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/tr...tates/download
I've seen enough estates and have had to deal with enough probate to know, not a lot of people have wills. For some trusts will be the only estate planning they do.

Form 1 submitted 2/5 and approved 6/23. Another one in the queue two months behind. Lord only knows when my cans will get paroled.

Absolutely, just pointing out that the NFA system does allow for non-tax transfers if you do a small bit of planning ahead of time. Then again, there are many "gun people" that think a trust is something that gets you NFA items, when it's actually a much more robust tool for estate planning. So I guess the coin flips both ways.

Form 1 SBR mailed 7/5/2016. Not even bothering with the e-file, plus, I like the actual stamp.

Has eforms been having problems? If so, i'd better get moving on preparing some paper forms. I was going to file a couple Form 1 SBRs with eforms today or tomorrow.

I just completed a form 1 submission online. The site was fast including trust doc upload and payment. Not a single hiccup. Maybe time of day had something to do with it.

Snuck in one more Form 1... when you're the only one in your state, or probably less than 5 people in the country to have a pre 41F CMT 9mm ARMINI
