I'm all for mayonnaise slathered on thick, but on pastrami. Kosher delis around here crank out some rocking pastrami sandwiches. I like them best on a toasted pumpernickel bagel with brown mustard & swiss. A Doctor Browns Cherry soda & I don't even care about chips.

I heard smoking corned beef is legal in Colorado now. I heard it gives you a little buzz. We've been smoking regular beef in Texas for years.

the only corned beef i ever had was from a can i live in puerto rico many years and that was the only way of geting it

If it oinks or flys or moos we smoke it. And what we dont smoke and the neighbors in Louisiana deep fry.
