    What's the verdict on the Griffin rear sight? Looks a lot like a KAC but at half the price, and I've been pleased with anything I've received from Griffin so far.

    They work well, about as well as you can expect from a backup sight. Like you mentioned they are half the price of a KAC. The only reservation I have is they have set screws that screw directly into your upper/rail. Some people may not care for that as if you're not careful, they could gouge your upper. I personally don't care so it's not a big deal to me. Just make sure you don't over-torque.

    The other positive is, for lefties, on the full kit, you can have offset 45 degree sights.
