Forward Controls Design 6315KM and 6310KM
6315KM (223) and 6310KM (30cal) have been shipped to us and en route, we enabled back order for these, estimate ship date is Sept 25, 2019 :) Both can be found on our home page https://www.forwardcontrolsdesign.com/
6315KM and 6310KM are Dead Air sound suppressor mounts based on our 6315 and 6310. They're probably the shortest and lightest Keymo muzzle devices (not counting the one with nothing forward of the Keymo mount). 6315 and 6310 are based on A2 TDP, with 20% better muzzle rise compensation performance than the A2, all without creating extra flash, noise and concussion.
Length: 2.38"
Weight: 3.8oz (6310KM), 3.97oz (6315KM)
Both will be more than long enough to make a 14.5" barrel non-NFA, they're drilled on the bottom for pinning.Last edited by Duffy; 21 September 2019 at 13:28.

Probably the most beautiful and functional keymo devices yet. Well done.

1815KM first run has cosmetic flaws, so it's reduced to the minimum price allowed by Dead Air license agreement. 6315KM and 6310KM have no such flaws and are 100%, so they're selling at full MSRP. Our dealers (when they receive them, Rainier Arms, for instance) usually sell them at MAP (5% off).

If you want a soon to be unicorn, 1815KM is still in stock. 1815kM is discontinued, we don't need 6315KM and 1815KM in the same space. 1815 (non mount) similarly is discontinued as well, though we have plenty in stock still. Fewer than 100 1815KM were made.
6315KM is available and shipping now, Rainier Arms should receive its 6315KM in a few days :)

Is the closed tine version just that much more requested than the open?

Wait, I thought the 1815 was supposed to be better than the 6315?
Was planning to get an 1815, guess I better not drag my feet.-One Nation, Under God

Richard, what kind of wrenches are you using? The wrench flats are TDP spec.
1815 is a better flash suppressor, I've always liked short, 3 prong flash suppressors. But for the Keymo mount, there are plenty of 3 prong or 4 prong Keymo flash suppressors, so there's no need to have both 6315KM and 1815KM in the same segment, the plan was always to do 6315KM, but there were some complications with the shop with whom we no longer do business. We have plenty of 1815 in stock, so it will be with us for quite a while.

One issue I personally have is when installing on a barrel profile that has a wider diameter than the flats. I don’t have a wrench, fixed or adjustable, narrow enough to sandwich between the barrel and the keymo profile mount where the flats are located, including the Magpul wrench. This is where the Dead Air brakes come in handy because they are flat all the way up the device. But I avoid brakes when I can.
The Magpul wrench has the same overlap as the wrench in the pic.
