Leupold VX or Bushnell 3200?
I am looking for a 3-10X40 scope to put on top of a 30-06 bolt action rifle. I need it for hunting big game, and I wanna spend around $200-$250 Cdn for these scopes https://www.ellettbrothers.com/rifle-scopes/. Which scope is better the Bushnell or Leupold? Is there a better 3-9X40 in this price range that I am overlooking?

In that price range, check out the Redfield Revolution. Redfield is (was?) Leupold's budget brand. I think they may have discontinued the line but I'm sure they're still out there. Otherwise, while I don't have any personal experience with Bushnell, I think Leupold has some of the best glass for the $. My only complaint with Leuopld is that I don't like their reticles for holdovers, but for a simple duplex on a hunting rifle that isn't an issue. Buying the nicest Leupold your budget will allow is a pretty safe bet.

Most folks here will tell you I am a Leupold fan-boy ... but I do have a Bushnell pistol scope and I like it.
Seriously, Leupold has a lifetime warranty, and I have only had to use it once, customer service was excellent. They have some variables in your (street) price range, and I think you will have a hard time finding fault with them.NRA Benefactor Member

For your budget, I'd look at the Vortex Crossfire II line.
