CMT 14.5 middy intermediate rifle build
Last one for awhile, I promise... maybe
So, I only have 2 556 rifles, one being an SBR, the other being an 18" long range build, I decided its time for an intermediate between those two.. I had a good friend, who is also a member on here, give me some deals of a life time that I could absolutely not pass up on. I actually hadn't even planned on this build, it just sort of fell into my lap. SO, without further ado, here is the build specs, with a few pics as follows
CMT full ambi receiver set (super sexy)
Ballistic Advantage 14.5" hansen barrel
Lantac EBCG
Lantac Spada mlok rail
CMC 2 stage trigger
Battle arms development take down pins
AXTS ambi safety
Radian weapons charging handle
SiCo ASR flash hider
To top it all off, it'll be wearing a Vortex Razor 1-6 Gen 2 sitting in a Vortex marked Bobro QD mount. It'll be sent off to Mike @ sons of liberty gunworks for the pin and weld job, gotta give my locals my business. Can't wait to have this blaster finished!!

Full ambi, or just typical ambi features? Can't seem to find a full ambi lower on the CMT website.

All CMT receivers have integrated bolt catch release and mag releases. Not sure what you even mean by "full ambi" as they are the only ambi features dictated by the receiver.

A lot of ambi receivers don't have mag release on the left side of the gun, a feature that usually has to be added with the likes of a Norgon mag catch or something similar. Therefore, I call it a full ambi.

I completely get and agree with your description of "full ambi" - whether or not CMT's website describes it in those terms is moot. I have a B&T APC45 that has ambidextrous safety selector and mag release, and it is described often as such. For the AR15, this is about as fully ambidextrous as it gets.
This is going to be a really nice build, looking forward to seeing the finished gun.
