Apparently there are rumors flying about the quick F4s

I sent mine in too soon (6/7/19 pending).

I read some new examiners or employees were grabbing forms off the wrong piles but they corrected the mistake and it’s back to 8-11 months for normal approvals

My dad just got a stamp back...2/12/19 pending and 10/3/19 approved. F4 individual

Silencer Shop submissions have been 3-4 months.

I've still got 3 Form 4's pending... (record low for me LOL) from last October.

Silencer Shop historically takes 4-6 weeks longer than individual submissions. Sort of the price you pay for the convenience of the system.

What this shows is that the NFA approval process is so entirely random that it’s like throwing darts at a board while blindfolded and they just approve whichever form gets hit by a dart

Bah. Oh well. It's not like I should be spending the money right now, anyway, so I guess it's for the best.
