    NFA Picture Thread

Working on my PDW. This isn't the right lower but it has the PDW stock on it for now to determine OAL.

Not sure on sights yet. For a low drag, beater pack rifle, the polymer Magpul BUIS may be best. Still figuring out a few more details first. If I can shave .5-.75" off OAL, I'll be golden with the PDW stock. Otherwise it's too long for my purposes and may need go Law Tactical instead.

Tinkering with the PDW. Here is the upper on the VSeven Enlightened lower. That SMOS upper receiver is almost a perfect match on the V7.

A5 buffer. 6.5" 300blk barrel. SLR 7.5" rail. MI linear comp.

Nice, alamo! What barrel are you using? And how do you like it so far?

I bought a Silencerco barrel a long time ago because it was the only one I could find in 1/2x28. Since I will use more than one host weapon I didn't want to constantly swap out the piston.

The barrel itself is great. I was actually quite impressed by it.

As for the suppressor I've had it home since about 2pm and I put maybe 100++ rounds through it and I love it. It's seriously just bad ass. With supers its still really nice but with subs it's frickin' ridiculous. It is very nice. I tried it in the K configuration too and it was a big enough difference in sound that I could notice it but I will do a whole lot more testing with it for sure.

Since I've never owned a pistol suppressor before I will eventually try to do some controlled tests to figure out POI shift and all that. So far I am very happy with my choice.

I also want to test it out on a .22 pistol and if I can round up one with a threaded barrel a .22 rifle.

All I know is with 9mm subs that thing is DAMN quiet. I am enjoying the hell out of it.

I will take more photos later. The ones above were pretty much just quick snapshots.

Awesome! The first time i shot 9mm subs suppressed, i had a little giggle fit. It was so damn quiet i couldn't believe it lol.

And thanks for the barrel info. I've been wanting to pick up some threaded barrels to increase the number of hosts available, and SiCo seems to offer the best barrel for the money, unless a really good deal can be found on a factory barrel from HK, Sig, etc.

They are seriously not bad at all. The one I have is a really good shooter. Plus try finding a 1/2x28 barrel for a 226... not much choice... but I am glad I got it to be honest.

My Sig 226 S4 came with a factory barrel threaded in 1/2x28. I know they used to sell the barrel as a replacement part as my brother in law got one directly from Sig.
