Surplus Ammo Color Anodized lowers/uppers
Surplus Ammo in Lakewood, WA will be offering color anodized (type 2 anodizing) lowers and uppers, in the form Surplus Ammo brand. As far as I know the colors offered are going to be Olive, Tan, and some sort of Graphite looking finish. I'm not the official person to talk to, but I did get a sneak peak and got some pics of the Olive finish. If you're interested in these, inquire with Surplus directly. Andy says they should be for sale in about 2 weeks.
I can say the finish on these is very nice, and as usual the cuts from Aero are top-notch. Any ideas for a build off of this? I'm thinking a lightweight mid-length build...open to suggestions.
***I originally indicated these were to be offered as Aero Precision or Surplus Ammo lowers, just found out they are going to only be offered as Surplus Ammo lowers.*** The pics below are of an Aero lower, but the coloring will be the same.
I'm still new to photography and am having lighting issues... I've edited the coloring in the photos to best represent the finish of the product.

They should be available in the Surplus Ammo lower version. Apparently they aren't going to offer the Aero lowers as originally thought.
