You don't have to do the complete upper, just the upper/handguard combo...probably because the handguard would not line up or look right on any other upper. I did buy this as a complete upper with barrel/old style AXTS BCG/Raptor several years ago. They use a Shilen blank, and they're likely turned by the same people that did RA's Gen 1 UltraMatch barrels. Originally Posted by apmcdaniel
