FT, I’m just lurking this thread but thought I’d add that to make sure the end of you link has an actual photo extension like “jpg.” If it doesn’t, you’ve only copied the page the image is on, you haven’t yet copied the image URL to embed it here.

Looks like you are using google to host your images. I don’t know how their actual photo link system works. I use imgur and they make it easy to grab.

Thanks. We had notice of the flight times and route, so I was hoping they would be close enough to see. That's a cropped image shot at 600mm. They were quite a distance away.

Pictures of the smoke from the wildfires in CA. Taken over roughly the Sacramento area about a week ago. Stepping outside the aircraft smelled like a bonfire. Smoke went all the way to Jackson WY, and I was over a thin haze layer of it all the way to Iowa.
