These pictures illustrate exactly why we made the light bodies. It shows a diamondhead front sight with the new 300 series light body mounted in the center location on the inline scout mount. Fits with just a few thousandths of clearance. You literally cannot tuck the light in any closer to the front sight. This mounting placement is impossible with the stock scout body, even using the right-most offset on our inline scout mount.

Slippers, thought you would be interested to know that I recieved the scout light body today. Pretty crazy considdering I ordered it yesterday morning.
Didn't know you were in Apex. Have you guys ever contacted Warsports? They are very easy to work with, and may be interested in future collaborations.

Yesterday was pretty crazy, that's for certain. Glad you got the body in a timely manner.
I have not tried getting in touch with warsports. Sounds like I should. :)Will - Owner of Arisaka LLC - http://www.arisakadefense.com

Gene told me it wouldn't take long before Christmas. I'm trying to buy the heads in bulk to offer complete lights. There are certainly quite a few people waiting for the heads based on forum traffic and a lot of emails I'm getting.
The kx2c will actually run but it will be past regulation, meaning it will continually dim as the battery voltage drops.
Guess we need to get moving on the 600 series bodies....Will - Owner of Arisaka LLC - http://www.arisakadefense.com
