Are you sure Arc'teryx doesn't offer a pro deal to military and law enforcement? Their website explicitly states that they allow LEAF account purchasing for:

• Military, all active duty service personnel and units
• Law enforcement, all active duty law enforcement officers and agencies
• Select other government personnel and agencies
• Security personnel and companies on government contracts
• Employees of select LEAF equipment manufacturers

Their standard pro purchase program is mostly oriented toward outdoor professionals. It sucks that they don't offer any deals for EMS or fire, but c'est la vie. One of my good friends has a LEAF account, and he's just an infantryman with a gear fetish, no SOF background.

IIRC, Patagonia is even worse, as I recall only SOF and federal LE got access to pro deals through them (along with your usual outdoor professionals).

Then scroll to the bottom where it says PRO DEAL, it redirects you to:

No mention of MIL or LE, because like you said, it takes you to the standard PRO Purchase program.

I believe the "pro purchase" is their civilian program, while "LEAF account" is their military/LE program (I would say government program, but the NPS falls under the standard pro purchase).

Still, the prices are quite high even with a LEAF account. I was able to source my LEAF gear cheaper than what a LEAF account was able to offer during the various sales on LEAF gear a couple months ago; they were the same discount as LEAF, but without the sales tax or shipping fees that the LEAF account would have required.
