Good news for WA State gun owners...If House Bill 1016 passes, RCW 9.41.250 will be amended to add the following...

(c) Uses any contrivance or device for suppressing the noise of any firearm unless the suppressor is legally registered and possessed in accordance with federal law,
I guess the Legislators will finally make some sense of allowing us to own and possess a suppressor but not being able to use them.
