It's the angle, it's an A2.

These are Factory 11.5" Select Fire Guns. Basically 6933's with FA.

I plan to get more Colt's... I've definitely under acquired in this area. For years I had a single Colt 6920 that I purchased through an LE program during the '08 panic.

Nice. I love me some RIS, but admit I run a URGI more frequently.

Do you actually employ that magnifier much? I love EOTechs, but I've never jumped on the magnifiers and instead go to LPVO when I want magnification. Maybe I'm missing the boat for the best of both worlds?

Have you tried any of the more vertical grips? My wrist hurts just looking at these pictures.

The only thing "Colt" on this build is the upper receiver and the BCG. 14.5" Griffin Armament HEDP barrel:

While I don't really run that gun at a 2-Gun anymore, I've had magnifiers to help with distance stages in the past (and still do if I do run one every so often). That gun doesn't really need the magnifier now other than to zero, but since I have it, I keep it on there unless I'm shooting at night in which case I just pop it off. A Unity fold to center mount would be nice, but that's another $140.

The guns that I regularly run for 2-Gun now all have LPVOs, so I've actually lost a lot of my RDS capability as I slowly upgraded optics over the years. I think at this point, I only have two EXPSes and a T-2 in play. Every other carbine has some sort of LPVO, even if it's a 4x, although several of those also have a backup RDS of some sort.
