I "backpack" a 8.5" 223 Wylde with a folding stock adapter. Get out, put it on. No worries about leaving a firearm in a vehicle. Full disclosure ... this is NOT an every day thing for me. Time of day, and destination dependent. And, I don't go "there" anymore, unless I have to. Cell phone photo.
