The much bigger concern is that when (not if) there is a majority change in Congress, this opens the door for them to change the tax again, and it probably won't be a return to $200.

We'll see if the GOA lawsuit goes anywhere, but it won't be for a long time.

I agree. That said it sounds like something is brewing in the background in the near future, but who knows.
