Nothing special about this one really, but it is my baby now that it is pretty hard weapon to find, especially in this caliber. And a bonus view from my hunting spot.
Swiss manufactured Sig SHR970 chambered in .25-06. Taken many a deer with it.

A tale of two rifles....
This one kicks like two mules... at 6.5 lbs, including 3x9 Leupold scope... is the easiest carrying 30.06 that I have ever owned. Can carry it all day in the mountains of Colorado. A Remington 700 Titanium...
This one is as soft as shooting a B-B gun.... at 13 lbs, including the B&L tactical scope... it is a 30.06 that is just too much to haul all day. The blackened stainless barrel is tapered down to one inch at the muzzle. The company is now defunct... a Harris Rifle with 1/2 MOA...

Three alley cleaners... 18" Rossi Hammer Doubles... 12 gauge magnums.... have 'em hid... all through the homestead...
Just never, ever... cock both barrels... and pull both triggers at onest. At night... the resultin' muzzle-flash will do justice to a flamethrower... and the kick will try to permanently modify your shootin'-flinch... thenceforth. Trust me.

Just my last pic of the day... (I know some of you are tired of my bad-pic-postings)... a Benelli M4... now with an Aimpoint T-1 mounted on it....
I am just not a camera buff... these are some of my insurance pics... in case I need to make a claim....

Good idea on the pics for insurance. I only keep serial numbers and descriptions down. Do you have an insurance rider on your policy? My homeowners only covers $2500 for firearms like most policies do. So for those of you out there with decent collections make sure you get the additional coverage for your weapons.

Same here...
but I have the NRA coverage... low cost... but you still have to prove you had 'em...
The pics confirm the numbers and description... also have close-up pics of the numbers...
Also keep all of my purchase receipts... and a three-ring binder full of acquisition data...
This was good to point out for everybody... UW...
