The ACS, MOE+ grip and MOE handguards strike me as a near-optimal combination, and I'm pleased that these have finally reached the production stage. It's yet another promising year for Magpul -- and us.

Longer... or the newer ACS at least looks it. Is this newer itertion EMOD length?
If so, consider that my 4th carbine with only MagPul furniture.

$135.00 for the ACS stock alone is an absolute bargain.

Having no first-hand experience with 6.8mm, how would those who have experienced it compare the recoil of that configuration with the standard 5.56mm? I ask simply because the extended recoil pad strikes me as possible overkill for our most common loads, but this might be a very nice addition for a heavier round.
