99% ISO is the key. 97% is ok but definitely anything lower is going to require constant mixing up.
I've heard the 1:4 Lanolin to ISO is the way to go, but also seen 1:8. I've got 12oz of lanolin and 64oz of ISO, so mine is going to be more like 1:5.3
Otherwise, I'm going to experiment with spraying the cases on my reloading block and also dropping them in a ziploc bag with some lube in there and seeing what gets the best coverage with fewest sprays
